    • Please call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. For your security, you will be required to enter your social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) may be needed to validate.

    • The APR is competitive for credit cards that offer rewards. Keep in mind that you pay no interest on purchases† if you pay your bill in full by the payment due date each month.

  • Click to Show/Hide When will I receive my 1% reward?
    • Gymboree gift cards are issued to accounts in good status with a reward balance that exceeds the minimum reward dollar threshold ($10) in any statement cycle. Gift cards will be issued automatically in $10 increments. Earned reward balances not meeting the minimum thresholds will roll into the following month's balance.2
  • Click to Show/Hide How do I use my Enrollment Bonus on www.gymboree.com purchases?
    • Use your Gymboree Visa Card to make your purchase. Within 30 days after you have received your order, staple the original online receipt to the Enrollment Bonus Certificate (duplicates will not be accepted) and send to:

    Gymboree Customer Service will credit your Gymboree Visa Card account within 10 business days of receipt and will mail you a proof of credit receipt for your records.

2 You will earn a 1% reward on all qualifying Net Purchases made on your Gymboree Visa Card.  Qualifying Net Purchases are defined as all non-Gymboree retail store Purchases minus credits recorded for returned Purchases. Gymboree Play & Music, Crazy 8 and Janie and Jack Net Purchases qualify for the 1% reward. Rewards are not earned for Advances (including wire transfers, travelers checks, money orders, foreign cash transactions, betting transactions, lottery tickets and ATM disbursements), Convenience Checks, Balance Transfers, Interest Charges and Fees, credit insurance charges, or transactions to fund certain prepaid card products. Reward dollars will be issued monthly as a Gymboree gift card. Gymboree gift cards will be issued in increments of $10 and remaining reward dollars will roll into the next earning period. If the reward is less than $10 at the end of your statement cycle, the reward dollars will roll into the next earning period. The Gymboree Visa Card reward program is subject to the terms and conditions as defined in the Cardmember Agreement.
